@dwsel: So we're kinda neighbors then :D

Regarding the photos in the e-album: not everyone is portrayed, right? As I get it there are Tattie, Mac, Mrblitz and Yeager. Just curious
[EDIT]
You guys seem much older than I thought. Feel myself like a kid

Hey, who are calling old???!! :x :x :hihi:
How old are you, little brat? (I was born in 1964, for the records)

Cheers for the compliment dwsel .. :hihi: .... and all the better coming from someone who knows what they're talking about :)
... On the kids' PC right now ... setting up a wireless network ... but I'll send you a link to the e-album when I get on the 'proper' PC

I was born in 1963. From the photos it looks to me that Tattiemannie, Mac, Yeager, and I are of a similar age.

I've been thinking that musically, as a generation; we're not done yet!

We've got something of merit to pass along to the young bucks... and it goes without saying; the younger generation teaches and inspires, too!

I often enjoy listening to what the young-uns are doing, then taking bits of pieces of that in creating 'my own stuff'...

For instance, we simply didn't have 'chiptunes' back in the day. In that instance, what some of these kids can arrange, employing a 'simple' gameboy/lsdj is amazing...

Anyway, i would say that this is a golden era for creating musical recordings...

I'd like to remind everybody that the Moog synthesizer was released in 1964, exactly like one of us (see the above posts to find out who that is... ). Now, that was a special year full of special events :P

I just made it 43, I guess, I'm thinking the OSC is not popular with the Spring chickens :)

Well, it gives me great pleasure to tell you that I was in the supermarket yesterday, and when the woman at the checkout came across my beers, she asked if I was over 18!?!!!! ... :hihi: .... Well I was about 30 years ago, but I've neglected to check recently :hihi:
... well it put a spring in my step until I thought how with an electronic scanner doing all the product id and counting up the prices, good eyesight is not necessary for checkout operators.

 :D
@tattie: Have you been embalmed or what? :)

Now that I'm thinking of it, if I weren't wearing some kind of bristle I'd be asked about my age every time I get a beer. Well, without it I look like 18-years old. It's because our teens look a lot older now.

Is Ukraine close to laibach's home, the former Yugoslavia? I've been a laibach fan since about 90' cool stuff is you like industrial music of any sort.

Post

Erm... as far as my knowledge of geography goes Yugoslavia wasn't as close. Didn't hear of laibach, but I'm not into industrial stuff, so you can forgive my ignorance :-)

Cool,

As for not liking industrial music, no prob, its not for every one of course.

They do some just kinda dark electronic stuff as well. I'd say check them out on myspace, something might hit you just right.
