Might be that this has been posted here already, but might as well reup it for the masses..

Macaw Sequencer & Audio editor and a heap of VST plugins for Windows, alongside with big soundfonts. All licensed as donationware under the MIT license (source code included!). http://pacificv.prophp.us/macaw.php

Actually the sequencer crashed on me before even properly opening, so not too promising.. But the plugs might prove useful. Seems to have been in development for a good while, yet the latest version is from last July.

I really like the Fiction sampler. Good FX presets for your soundfonts.
