Don't know if this is the correct threat to post bugs. But the kit piece "DM 2 JB Sonr HiHat VDRM" is not choking correctly. Closed HH (F#1) is not choking A#1. I've applied global patch 3.

Are you playing from a V-Drum? Or are you playing from another controller (like pads or a keyboard?). In V-Drum mode the hi hat is choked by only one key and I believe that is the G# FOOT key. In GM mode and IMap it is choked by foot and closed (and in Imap it is also choked by the choke articulation).harpunspitter wrote:Don't know if this is the correct threat to post bugs. I see. I'm only modifying some beats played on a Yamaha kit. But I notice that the hihat doesn't choke even if the CC4 value change. Perhaps the drummer has mapped hit kit wrong? Here is a photo of the performance:Squids wrote:Are you playing from a V-Drum? Or are you playing from another controller (like pads or a keyboard?). The open hihat sound just rings with the next closed hihat.
Is there a place I can find more info about how to set up a eKit to best play with the OWD and DM2 kits?

didnt someone at some point make a youtube video showing how to switch out kit pieces and make hybrid kits? anyone have that link? for some reason i cant figuire out how to do this seemingly simple task. anytime i try to switch something out things go awry, also im triggering with a multipad so i would like to be able to open 2 instances of the same instrument mapped to different numbers and use one for a left pad, and one for a right pad.it seems like i would theoretically get better snare triggering by having each hand playing a different instance to increase the randomness and correct machine gunning when playing faster rolls

There should have been some wrap up information for the two group buys. I stumbeled upon patch 3 by chance, so I guess there could be other valuable information I might be interested in
