I don't think so

No, unison 22 in version 108 doesn't mean 22 in 109, maybe.

but, Synth1V109 convert parameters when loading patch for compatibility.

No. I had the same thing happened until I double clicked and ran the "initsettings" file within the Synth1 folder.
