I upgraded to the latest build of Cantiple last night. Now I am unable to use it. If I try to change any settings, it crashes. If I try to change the tempo, it locks up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, with same results. My setup is:
HP Notebook with
Core 2 Duo processor
3 Gig RAM
320 Gig Hard Drive, less than half full
Vista Home Premium
I'm using an M-Audio FastTrack Pro with the ASIO drivers
Everything worked fine until this latest update.
I can't try the DX drivers for the FastTrack, since I can't run setup.
Help!!!!

It's just an idea but maybe you didn't upgrade for a while and the settings.ini file is for any reason corrupt...
If you can't start Cantabile, try the following:
1. Navigate in your user directory the following path:
...AppData\Roaming\TopTen Software\Cantabile 2.0
2. Locate "settings.ini" and rename it.
3. Try to start Cantabile now. A new settings.ini file should be created then when Cantabile starts.
Let me know if this helps.

This is a problem only when you have the ribbon tabs collapsed. Work around is don't collapse the ribbon, or grab the latest experimental build. (New build coming soon)
