There have only been two bands who have had 3 different members of the band sing solo lead vocal on separate number one singles in the UK. Which two bands?

Yep, Beatles is one of them - only it wasn't Harrison, it was John, Paul and Ringo (Yellow Submarine).

Give you a clue - the other band is from somewhere not that far from where the Beatles hail from.

There never was a "Manfred Mann's Band".

Doo Wah Diddy and Mighty Quinn were hits for Manfred Mann.
Blinded By The Light was a hit for Manfred Mann's Earth Band.

These are different bands.
