Francesc (as in the abbreviated form "Cesc" - familiar to UK football fans) is the Valencian/Catalan form of Francisco. Not sure which form he used himself. BTW, someone mentioned Bach interpreter "Pablo Casales" earlier. That's Pau Casals. I know, I have his autograph.
