Question.. If I mess with my PC every few months, and use up my 4 activations, do I have to re-purchase at full price ($399), to continue using SampleTank.

Maybe your browser doesn't like the IK site? Works great with Safari.

You are supposed to be able to skip that iPhone intro by clicking at the link below it. Works for me... so much so that I have never even watched it.

i too think it's strange that you have to re-buy if you lose things. however, it's really easy to back up

IK is really good about re-authorizing activations. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with this.

I must say I am a little bit amused of all the worrying and complaining going on in this thread.

Could it be the offer is so good people think there must be something wrong with it? Just like if you'd get 6 bags of apples for the price of 1, the apples must surely have some worms or something because of the ridiculous discount..

I'm going for 3x6=18 for 120€'s = 6,70€ per xpansion pack (+freebies & bonuses).

And I will get some kind of email from esoundz with authorization numbers "for these" when these downloads become/are available...

When you buy via esoundz, a serial for "Xpansion Tank 2 Group Buy" will appear in your esoundz account (under "My Downloads"). Take that serial over to IK's site where you'll do the rest -- authorizations, promo claims, and sound library downloads.

For those that had issues with IK's site- DON'T USE SAFARI. I had to install Firefox to properly get in there and download my sutff.

As a reminder- for those that have the Vocal Collection- I have posted in the Banks & Patches section (see top of KVR page in the naviagtion bar for the link)- all the sustained vox presets fixed to my liking. Check it out as I have added some warmth to each preset- increased the levels (a big pain point)- added full sustain so you can do held pads, and on some- even fixed the tunning (which was a painful process as I had to load it into Logic and run the tuner while trying tune up sections that had modulation- very tough to get dead on tunning- but I tried). I think you will find that it will increase the value of the Vocal pack greatly (and show you how to fix the other packs that have level issues).

Also thanks for those that referred me on esoundz (name= JavaJ).

Since we are expecting download codes later today,

it would be great if you could answer the following questions.

(1) Are the choices you listed yesterday in addition to the 1GB Wild Card bonus that was originally announced if we joined through eSoundz? I don't believe it is the same as the following choice, since the following is only 580Mb:

Are we expecting the 1GB Wild Card bonus PLUS our choice of one of the others? Or are we expecting to choose either the 1GB Wild Card bonus *or* one of the others?

(2) Someone has mentioned numerous times that you were offering an extra pack to those who had originally purchased SampleTank 2XL through eSoundz in the past. Is this true? If so, I am one of those.

You mentioned these exclusive extras more than a year ago, and I was under the impression that this was content that was neither in SampleTron *or* in the Squids Tron Collection Volume 1 that we bought in a Group Buy many years ago. According to the product description, however, there is some overlap:
