RMV Directory is blank

I downloaded the demo version of Intuem to try it out and when I pulled up RMV (version 5.0.5, demo) and started assigning pads I was shocked to see that the directory was blank.
I launched Logic which is where I usually work and pulled it up there and there too the directory was blank.
I don't know if the samples are physically gone or if it's just a problem displaying them in the list. I didn't install any custom samples, but RMV had a bunch that came with it that I now can't access.
I can access some of the samples by clicking on the left and right arrows next to the file icon and the current sample name, but pulling up the directory shows nothing at all.
I've posted a screenshot here:

Any ideas?

Looks as if the info about all the samples has gone. unfortunately there is (currently) no easy way to recover that info. Maybe you accidentally deleted all pathes to samples on the setup page ? If you mail me I can send you a pre-releae version of RMV that will allow you to recover that info (version 5.0.6 will allow this).

My initial guess is that you are missing "RM IV Pads" folder from "RM V Drum Addiction".
Can you check it? Default location is /Library/Application Support/LinPlug/RM V Drum Addiction.

Nope. The folder is there. The program must have lost the link to it somehow. Funny that deleting the app and reinstalling it didn't fix it, though.

Hi Peter.
I actually moved the entire Library to a different drive and edited the Registry. This didn't seem to have an effect though, as I have to manually find the kits/loops, etc, each time.
So I hope the forthcoming update will address this.
Do you have an idea when it might be available?
Thanks.

Peter
Will the contrast in the amp envelope display and the 20% CPU hike when pressing the stop button in Live be addressed in the update? I've mentioned several times. This is on Mac.
regards
Graham

ba_midi,
when you select a "startup kit" on the setup page, RMV will already choose this location as the path to the library. So the current RMV already find its kits, pads and loops. The new version will also update the pathes to samples (on the setup page).
graham,
the amp envelope is just a wish of you (and i think one other customer), we wont change that. I'll check back about the other issue you mention.

The problem is I moved everything from drive E: to drive H: on my system.
I guess I'll have to wait for the update, which hopefully allows us to 'move' the entire library/kits/samples (or at least edit the path).
In the meanwhile I know how to work around it
Any target date for release?
Thanks.

I'm not sure if I missed some update (though I didn't think I did) - so I'm curious whatever happened to the ability to move the library ?Peter from LinPlug wrote:Hopefully around end of this month ...

Is this is planned or available, Peter?
Thanks.

We hang between beta and release, the 5.0.6 version supports this, its available as beta for PC for a while. The release has been postponed because we wanted to include something else which got much delay unfortunately (well, you know, when things can go wrong ...).
Hope this helps!

yep, mainly all is fine, but sometimes you get in massive delay, for whatever reason
