The boss of our label in Germany always says that my musical partner and I are weird because the air is very thin here...

Hey all
Just to let you know I'm still here. Haven't died or anything.
I hope to be back in business participating in the osc's soon but work, family issues and the fact that I recently discovered that I may (or may not, it's almost impossible to diagnose) suffer from epilepsy has kept me rather busy. In fact, I haven't even turned on my gear in weeks because of all this! I'm under medication though and haven't convulsed for two months now so hopes are high.
I'm really looking forward to do this again hopefully very soon.

Thanks Mac, I appreciate it
I guess the worst part of this is not being 100% sure what's wrong with me. I don't feel sick at all but I live in some form of constant fear that it might happen again. I'm certain popping the pills will do the trick. I have to be for my own sake.
I haven't lost the need for twisting knobs thank God

Which I can relate to and perfectly understand. However, I gather that's a relatively recent development, so I suggest you give yourself enough time to A - get used to the idea and B - see for a fact that it's not going to happen againK-Bee wrote:I guess the worst part of this is not being 100% sure what's wrong with me. Well, it looks like Real Life has yet again sunk all the time that I wanted to put into the challenge. I don't think I'll have a submission this time, but I'm certainly looking forward to hearing everyone's entries!
Next time, I'm doing to do one, Real Life or no Real Life.

If we can submit two songs, I'd like to... but if not, I'd much prefer you use my new submission, "nilbog convert" over "the allosaurus problem". nilbog convert was made with 11 instances of Texture in Samplitude 10 SE, with no extra fx. This song is very much my tribute to Goblin (with a little Jeff Wayne thrown in for good measure), and I think I was successful for the most part. I will warn that because of the weird panning/modulation of some of the tracks, it's primarily meant to be listened to with headphones. I hope you enjoy!
I am the musical equivalent of a brick...
