It's really hard to hear the music in this clip. However, it is based on the song you mentioned. You can find the chords for the song via Google. The music is kinda chopped up to fit the time for the scene. It's just an 8th note synth bass on A, mostly. The melody from the original song is played slowly on the piano. There really isn't a strict chord progression but if I were forced to come up with one I'd say you should play Am, G6, then Dm6, all over A in the bass. Hope this helps.
