That's exciting!

Yep, I'm one of them. Actually two. I just got back online and found my serial numbers are now in my esoundz page. Just registered the first with IK Multimedia and about to copy and paste the second...

So close to 5000...

The beautiful thing (which I posted in the other thread) was that I've been out of pocket for a long time and only found out about this group buy late last night. I joined twice today and will probably go for the three-peat. I dunno about four though...

My question from the other thread: has anyone here tried both the Acoustic Drums set and the Sonik capsules Studio Drums collection? If so, how do they compare? Any preference?

Hey Everyone!

Has anyone else had a problem with their 2nd buy making their unused "available" tabs disappear from the IK promotions area?

I just bought again thru esoundz, (epoints to you, Zedd for all your help!) and now the 6th tab from my first buy is gone along with the not eligible tab for 7x1!

Peter, I know you've been following this forum, any advice? Thanks!

Looks like 7x1 is a lock!

Squids, How about giving us til end of business day, PACIFIC time for the aforementioned BIG bonus? We'll make it EASY!

I am dumbfounded by how close we are to reaching 7x1... I had already burnt my DVD's archiving my 6x1 set. This is crazy!

If we hit 8x1... Oh man... I will be convinced that nearly everyone and their mom is making music with their computers these days.

There should be five slots under promotions right now since we're at 6x1 at the moment. The first is under "Multibox" then the other 5 under Promotions.

If this is not what you are seeing, though, please open a support ticket and they will sort you out. Thanks!

I sent a support ticket fifteen minutes ago, and though it doesn't show up on the promotions page, halfway through selecting my new choices, TWO pull down menus appeared on the choice page, one for each registration number!

Incredibly FAST Customer Service!

Color me IMPRESSED!

Peter - I'm having a similar problem. Could it be that the web site is only capable of listing a certain number of slots, and we're overloading it by multiple purchases of this large group buy?

I purchased the group buy twice but had to wait for eSoundz to post my serial #s.

I registered the first and checked - all went well, and all slots posted, including the 7x1 marked "not available". Then I registered the second. It went through, I got the confirmation e-mail, and my multibox choice shows up in my available downloads.

BUT... none of the Promo slots are showing up at all for the second one. (It also hasn't generated a second serial # for XT yet in my activations page.)

I'm about to buy this thing a third time, but I'm pausing to see what happens with the missing slots (and the missing SampleTank2XT serial number) first...

I see that you have sorted out your IK issue, which is great. I was going to say, for anyone else who sees this problem that I think the system remedies this automatically when you actually "cash in" your download in the Multibox section. If it looks like all your downloads are not available, they will probably appear as you start to redeem the ones that are available. Just a system hiccup, I suppose.

We're not at 7x1 so that's not going to show yet. There should be two dropdowns appearing as described by Xenobt. If you don't have that please log a support ticket and I'll also put something out to IT to check. Thanks!
