Afternoon,
Sorry for the cross-postination but I've been meaning to upload this for three years. Haha

I did this tune using nothing more than an instance of RMIV back in them days, 2006 :hihi:

It's more a doability study than anything else.

Hey Marco, it's been a long time. And well, I don't expect you to remember me, but in case you do, how's it going? lol

I like this track. It's reminiscent of the days when I played Jet Grind Radio... if you don't know that game then never mind the reference. lol. I'd be curious to listen to something you've done recently, especially along these veins and three years later.

I especially like how the drums came out. They could pass for being organic and I'm especially partial to songs which build layer upon layer upon layer as it progresses. But, what got me most was the lead that came in at about 2:30 and when everything came in at 3:20 or so... I like.

enoyable. i too often struggle to do what you achieve here: keeping the beat simple, organic and interesting with few material.

thanks guys and "long time no see" to both of you! :D

@Notthecommondose of course I remember - the cover art that never happened! :hihi: early 2007.

Here's a brandnew WIP and coincidentally it's downtempo too

Currently revisiting oldish snippets and tunes to make an Ableton set.
