There should be dropdowns for each if you haven't chosen yet. If you've chosen and need to re-download, your first downloads should show up for 30 days in your User Area --> Sounds Download area. Support should get you squared away if this isn't the issue. Thanks!

Had the same issue yesterday, but when I went to actually choose my new sounds in the Sounds Download part of the user area, a drop down menu for both registrations appeared. So the promotions page doesn't reflect the 2nd (or MORE) GB, but it should be there in your downloads.

I had created a tech support ticket for that, (thanks for the SUPER fast response, Paul!) so not sure if that had anything to do with it, or it happened automatically, just with a little time delay to update my account settings.

Here's Paul at IK's reply:

Thanks for your recent purchase! The 6x1 promotion is still there for you, all you need to do is login to your User Area > Promotions and click on the 'Available' button to the right of the 6x1 promo. You will see 2 choices now, one for the first registration and the other for the 2nd!

However, I'm still not seeing the new ST2 registration in my authorizations section or received my esounds registration # from Allen, am I missing something?

GO 8x1!

I believe they are only giving out one ST2 serial per customer regardless of the number of times you join the group buy, but I could be wrong.

I just had another encounter w/IK support that was exceptionally OUTSTANDING -- (and I am too much of an idiot to be worthy of it). They got right back to me and resolved my issue (my fault) even in the midst of this group buy.

I am also stunned at how instant and problem-free download access and download speeds are -- given the quantities going on now. I downloaded a couple of my packs during the height of the buying frenzy over the past couple days -- and no problem. This kind of traffic has brought other companies to its knees and I appreciate that IK maintains the infrastructure to support their promotions.

Peter (IK) and Allen (Esoundz) are both unbelievably customer-friendly, too. If I am any indication, they create vast goodwill and repeat business for their respective companies. I hope their bosses are listening. (How about a trip to Italy for BOTH of them?)

BTW, Donkeyote, if you're out there -- thank YOU for the Epointz. Not sure what I did to merit them, but much appreciated! I'd PM you, but can't find you listed.

Hitching a ride on your post to second the vote for giving Allen and Peter extra vacation time and a ticket to a destination of their choice! I have had questions for both over my purchase and downloading adventures (will have more I am sure) and they have responded very quickly, helpfully, and with remarkable friendliness considering the onslaught they are sloggin through. I have felt so valued as a cutomer and as we all know, this is what keeps us coming back as users of their products.

Symphony Strings was an optional pick for the Sonik Tank GB. I was in that GB and remember NOT picking this one so, ppl from that group buy won't necessarily have this unless they selected it.

Also, AFAIK Cinematik is a brand NEW title taken from SR's new Cinema Sessions so nobody should have that one yet.

I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem (below), but I'm stuck and looking for any kind of help in getting access to my account on IK. I've opened a ticket at IK and awaiting for a reply from Jason.

I tried deleting the browser cookies, also went into Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Advanced and checked "Overide Automatic Cookie Handling" /Accept first party cookie as well as Accept third party cookies, but no luck. I also went On the Privacy tab, moved the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies.... Still couldn't log into my account. (Refreshed after deleting browser cookies many times).

However when I'm at work (right now 10:50 am), I have no problems getting into my account. (I think I originally setup this account at my work PC...not sure, but I've previously had access a few weeks ago when I downloaded my samples on the first group buy). The problem is that I have to download/register everything from my DAW at home and can't.
Please help as I have some projects to do over this long weekend and I don't know what else to do......"

This is from IK's FAQ in case anyone was curious like I was:

Is there a time limit on how long I have to choose my free Xpansion Tank titles from the User Area > Promotions section?

Yes. Once the promotion has ended on May 31st, 2010, you will have 30 additional days to make your product selection from the User Area. Once selected, you then have an additional 30 days to download the sound content, as normal.

Nice I don't have to panic trying to pick 14

titles by the 31st (or even June 6 for that matter)!

(well, 10 left, but still)
