Squids - if you're still awake and browsing, the reason why the list/review of what's available on esoundz is so important is that the DownloadableSoundz web site *won't show us the list until AFTER we redeem our download card*.

This is something that really needs to be fixed before any future "raise the bar" offerings are posted through that site. That has been a major factor in several of us "wasting" our esoundz bonus options.

The full list of choices isn't on the esoundz site, and in my case the partial list that was there proved to be horribly misleading (I selected the Vintage Collection thinking it was your 1 gig set of new stuff).

So without us posting the list for each other on this forum, the only way for anyone to see the list of choices is to cash in the ticket first. That makes it difficult to research all the options properly and make an informed decision.

Please change that before the next group buy! We need to be able to view a full (and accurate!!!) list before having to cash in our DL card.

If nobody else made the mistake, don't get the Cinematik XPansion and the Film Orchestra 2 bonus from eSoundz... they are the exact same and the Cinematik one is bigger, hence better. The Film Orchestra 2 has nothing new in it.

Really? I must have missed it. Sorry about that. I thought I did see your post and answer. Must have been another one. In any case, that stuff is handled through allen (at) esoundz (dot) com or a support ticket on esoundz. I am actually not in support myself so I am not in the position to keep track of each customer's support needs. That's Allen's job and he's really good at it!

In the meantime we'll post more info to help avoid confusion.

Squids, you posted a full and detailed reply to my post, which was cool, only the bit about exchanging a pack for another one got no reply.

But to be honest, it wasn't a surprise as, where samples are concerned, I know companies can be quite protective over refunds/exchanges and stuff, so I didn't labour the point about the exchange.

Anyway, thanks for the pointer about Allen dealing with these things, vaisnava, you know who to email if you want to try for an exchange.

You don't. You should receive an email notification of who (but they don't always arrive here) then look at your current ePointz total to work out how many.
