I thought maybe James Brown. Or Percy Thrower. Anyway, I looked at Brown's discography and realised I can't be arsed.hakey wrote:Bloke with attitude means nothing.
I'd guess Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.vurt wrote:id guess niel young in the singular

Yes, and searching through Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's back catalog has just had a similar effect upon me.The Fex wrote: Anyway, I looked at Brown's discography and realised I can't be arsed.

no, sorry it's not a womans arse but a mans front.
re: Grunge: I would *never* call #5 'grunge' but a lot of lazy people have cited them as a forerunner of many of those bands even though they have next to nothing of that sludgy metal sound about them.
@hakey: I don't think either four or five have been mentioned yet so don't count my not ruling them out as anything to go by.
#4 & #5 were both basically 80s bands (though one of them is still stringing it out to this very day...)
Yes, #1 was inspired by the bow wow wow cover.
No, I'm not Gary Glitter...
Look for a thread here recently about musicians who can communicate their (bad?) attitude through their music.
more pics?

singer of #4 produced dude who killed himself last christmas
