today i should find out why my computer won't start. if it's the hard drive, i'm out of luck. i was waiting for the gb to be over before i backed up to dvd. i wanted everything organized and all the duplicates gone before i started burning

I have tried and tried to resist but this seems to be deal of the century.
I have the full IK suite (except for the trons)through SR group buys and have more sounds than i need to be honest and in one sense seems a little greedy to have more sounds.
however i want to be the last person to join so when theres is one more neede for 8 x 1, i will whip out my CC and join in the fun and excitement and add another collection of sounds to my already very large library.

well done to all at esoundz for this GB and those that are keeping this thread alive as this must be a record for the number of pages alone in this thread.

I'm sure that if you situation turns out to be dire that IK will reactivate your downloads free of charge. I cannot imagine that they wouldn't. So don't worry about that side of it. I certainly hope you find the answer to your computer issue and that it does not involve any lost data.

Purchased this GB 2x and have about 8+ packs waiting to be downloaded, but still can't access IK's site since last week (won't accept login/password). I'm waiting for Jason at IK to reply with a solution, but no news yet.

No problem accessing the site at work, but my DAW is at home. (Did the usual enable cookies from 1st & 3rd parties, deleted browsing hist., re-booted etc...).

Could changing the user name cause this problem (at my home IP address)?

I'm hoping someone from IK or anywhere can help me...(going through sample withdrawl...)

The actual problem was resolved by using an alternate browser (Firefox) rather than IE.

So, nearly at 8 for 1, I have a question about my final choice.

ModernTechRap has got different loops in Menu Map Grooves and Loops & Slices. From another poster, Up Temp Electronica has also got different sets of loops in MMG and L&S.

Do any of the grrove packs have the SAME sets of loops in both MMG and L&S? Especially interested to know about Down Tempo Electronica but info about other packs would also be welcome.

I'm torn between a Multi Sample Set that I don't really need or having a bit of fun with groove packs, so I just wanna make sure on the content of the groove packs as it seems a bit variable in terms of format.
