Well I guess its my go so here is your clue.
Who is this ?

After the Tide had gone out, he fiddled about on the soundtrack for Polanskis film version of the "Scottish Play" in a band with three ears. He then ate his dinner at a mountain grill, travelling space with the cosmic warriors, before touring with a band of heroes. Since then he has done many things, playing on a tin drum, and dabling in dolby amongst others.

I've got 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 & 7; 3 is eluding me, but I'm guessing it's the same.

After that, I think you may have changed your tack; is 10 the official release, or a bootleg?
