I'm getting a 404- page not found error when I try to download the beta.
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

Sorry about that. It should be fixed now.

Everything appears to be in working order.

A question:
When you right-click an instrument, there is an option to specify the instrument type (Kick, Snare, etc.) Is this merely for organizational purposes, or does your selection influence the randomize function? If so, I think it would make more sense to put it on the randomize page.

At least for now, It's just for organization. But eventually I will try and make the randomization a bit smarter.

Are there some news/progress information for the upcoming 1.5 version? Didn't hear anything since the beginning of December.

Things have been really busy with my regular job. We've just wrapped up a three year project, so I haven't had a lot of free time to work on Extreme Drumsynth. Now that things are starting to settle down, I'll be working on it again.

I hate it when real life gets in the way like that.

I've been using the non-sequencer version the most. Always interested in new releases, though.

The new update is awesome, 10 times better!

-drums tuned awesome, many presets
-good sequences
-good key mapping, I wasn't into the 2 bassdrums from before, now it works great with my external sequencers without having to remap

Sounds fatter, punchier. Could always use truckloads more presets.

:)

I'll have to see what I can do about the truckload of presets.

Easliy one of he best drum synths out there, very versatile and organic sounding.....and a crazy low price compared to similar products.

I use it with other drum synths because it sound totally different. I recomend this beauty if you want more organic sounds. My only gripe is that it sometimes it's not loud enough and I need to crack up the volume.

I've tried it several times, but this update convinced me to hit the 'Buy Now' button... :)

the sequencing functions are very good :D
but it was a cracker even without them.

I havent checked if the morph function has been implemented in the sequencer though

Sorry to be so late to the party, but I've only recently started to become very interested in drum synthesis. Up until now I used mostly sample based drums, but I was contemplating Spark or Punch, and someone suggested this and... it instantly made me fall in love with it's sounds! It's impossible to make sound bad. The drum synths in Spark and Punch pale in comparison, IMO.

I had it working inside of Maschine last night and boy oh boy... it made me question as to whether I should cancel my DSI Tempest preorder.

Oh yeah, and I think the developer might want to edit the KVR listing which says it's $55. I was only charged $35 on the site, though I felt it was easily worth the full price.
