Has anyone sent this plug to the broadcasters, seriously? I can't stand the sound of the bloody things, and it must be crap for the players too as there is no crowd response, just this constant drone like a giant squadron of man eating mosquitoes. I don't know how you would even get in contact with them, there is so much backlash they might even use it.

Apparently they disagree with you. And they don't seem to be doing badly either, as a matter of fact, I visited them at Musikmesse and they seem to be doing extremely well.redshift factor wrote:Prosoniq sucks. Not sure if what you say makes sense... I guess you must know him personally then?? Here in Europe it's pretty normal for someone to take on his wife's name, this has nothing to do with "emasculation" (unless you live in some backwards country, like those where women are still denied voting rights asf).redshift factor wrote:It's all the fault of the Developer Formerly Known as Stephan M. Sprenger, who is such a pussy, he took his wife's name when he got married. It's no surprise that his full emasculation was complete shortly after, when Prosoniq dropped Windows development.
And last time I checked he wasn't working at Prosoniq anymore so I'm not sure if these two things are at all related.
As for new developments: check out http://www.sonicworx.com. This looks pretty cutting edge to me.

I don't know anything about his reasons but I have a few friends and relatives who did this as well. No big deal, they're still the same.

I am surrounded by postmodern people who would really say so. Every criticism, as long as they have nothing to do with reality, is "ethnocentrism". If you would force them to watch such a boring game, with one exception 0:0 or at highest 2:0 with always stroooong defenses, and they had to get 130dB into their ears, they would, er, shout "STOP THAT!"
