Well medicine cabinet was my guess on that - The Black Medicine Artist is all I get for an album with that title.

Fourth Drawer Down was apparently named after the place where they kept the Quiet Life tablets, always useful after a night taking vast amounts of cheap speed (and I bet no-one noticed the tiny x on the appropriate drawer in the photo).
