Yup. I was starting to think I might have to wait 639 years for you lot to learn to Google.
I can Google just fine. Most of the time was spent trying to find the correct conversion formula for Excel*, and coming across lots of people who didn't know the difference between Julian days and Julian dates. Then I found this:
Which Julian format..?

Julian Date (JD)
Julian Day Number (JDN)
Chronological Julian Day (CJD)
Reduced Julian Day (RJD)
Modified Julian Day (MJD)
Truncated Julian Day (TJD)
Dublin Julian Day (DJD)
After which I gave up for a while...

Once I'd got the list of dates I used My Brain(TM) to get the answer.

* It's =A1-2415018.5, for anyone who's sad enough to want to know.

 You couldn't just Google "Julian date converter"? WTF you need Excel for?

In my defence...when I started, I thought it was going to be easy! I just got a bit obsessed with finding the correct formula...and finding it probably took a hundred times longer than it would have taken me to copy and paste each date into a converter individually (which I started off doing).

To my credit I did use an online converter, just failed to find the connection... I thought it was a more general thing about 5ths or christian feast days.

ho hum.

I'd be quite surprised, TBH. It's always possible, but...

...the first two pictures were very cryptic (deliberately so). Here are some alternative versions:

Mine's definitely the one on the right. Lindsay, Michael's sister. Sadly I'm not her type (and neither are you).

Apologies for the delay in getting these clues up...

To be fair, number three is far more likely to be one of these:-

- and some say you would also need one of these:

So...

A wheel of fortune (can't think of another name for one of those).

Three young women (I prefer the one in the middle) - presumably the film title is the clue. Perhaps "No" = rejection/refusal, or something like that?

A starting pistol rather than a revolver? and Cock/Rooster/Foghorn.

Typewriter/typist/secretary.

Three planes/triplanes?

What? :o Sorry, you made me jump. I was convinced I was on my own in here.

I suspect you're going to have to...
hakey wrote:Three young women (I prefer the one in the middle) - presumably the film title is the clue.
Yes it is.
hakey wrote:Perhaps "No" = rejection/refusal, or something like that?
It's an album cover. The (same) clue is (also) in the title.
hakey wrote:A starting pistol rather than a revolver?
Either will probably do.
hakey wrote:and Cock/Rooster/Foghorn.
Yes. One of the three.
hakey wrote:Typewriter/typist/secretary.
Ditto.
hakey wrote:Three planes/triplanes?
Don't worry about the number.

Throwing a few of these words into said device may well pay dividends...
