Spent the whole day yesterday basking in the glory, couldn't get myself to thank you all, there was a permanent smile on my face. :D

So... Thank you all... guys, and doll ;)
This was a nice one, I was sure V'ger would win this one, but... he didn't.

As for the struggeling part, my old PC just wasn't able to work with more than five Textures, this hampered the workflow,(render, listen, take notes, change, render, etc) and there was no inspiration to begin with (only the lead sound I made/with the arpeggio-lick), but when I dailed in the Rhodes, purely by accident, I knew I had something there, just didn't know what it was yet( took me three weeks to find out, you should hear the first renders.. :-o ). So I'm amazed and delighted that I won this one, more so if you listen to what I was up against.
Well done everybody.

As I already have V'gers purple monkey, I would like to choose something from Guido (Ziokiller) as my prize. I'm torn between MrRay73mk2 or the Vb3v14.( dont know why I tell you this but..).
Tattie tell me where to go from here ?

That's exactly the way I always work, so I know what you mean :( In fact, I'll open a thread to ask for advice on a soundcard in a short while...
Anyway, congratulations again on your nth victory!! :)

Ouch, know all too well PC not coping issues.. :tantrum: That can really blow all inspiration and work away so sympathies, but even more impressed with your perseverance to deliver.

About your prize, I've come to realize the GSi stuff is truly amazing, and I say that despite not being into retro organs or el pianos. Nice work Guido and thanks for donating.

OK Yeager ... hope you enjoy your prize, well deserved, not only for an excellent track, but because you have passed over you prize so often.

Contact Ziokiller by PM and include a link to this page, and all should be well! :)

OK, so whos next? Totolitoto I believe.

Sorry for keeping things brief here ... just had one hell of a day putting an online magazine/paper together with software and knowledge I was only introduced to/assaulted with last night!!!!
I think we have done OK considering we only had 3 days between distribution of articles for editing, and the publication deadline ... I now know why it's called a DEADline!!! :hihi: .. and the group only met for the first time 3 weeks ago :-o

So .. must dash and catch the latest squeals of 'Oh F**k' from my fellow editors.

Post

Is there a link for it?

Post

Cheers for your interest mac, I'll post a link as soon as I know it all works :hihi:

Up to you, of course, but I really dig VB3!

Congrats on your Texture success, Yeager!

I don't wish you too much luck with your newspaper as over here (France) true journalists often finish their lives prematurely :hihi:

Shall we mention the laws on internet and journalism that are passing here in Italy? Dictatorship is coming fast, thank you, Berlusconi! F**k.

Anyway, the mag looks great and the content only deserves praise, so keep it going - freedom of speech is sometimes all a people have.

Just read Italy will propose as law for bloggers to have an official license, lol. What a joke. :help:

But very nice page Tattie, clear and easy to read. Well done.

If Yeager and Toto have chosen prizes and I'm next in line, I will go for Himalaya's great sounding Alchemy soundset as it's unclear what Rob's sets are.
@@ Rob_lee has again generously donated some patchbanks.
@@ Himalaya has donated any/all of his commercial soundbanks http://www.electric-himalaya.com/

:help: indeed. If somebody doesn't stop him, in a short while we'll have people jailed for speaking their mind in their own homes...

Anyway, as I have already won Supercore twice, this time I'll ask ziokiller for a peculiar prize - that's his official forgiveness for my using his beautiful MrRay all the time and occasionally the great trumpet Milestone without ever being able to donate...
