Anyway, I'm working on improving a few TH1 pedals, (giving them a lil' realistic feel) and hopefully they'll be of some use. I'll send them to the devs later this day.
I want to design these thingies and use them in action. ...And maybe I'll be able to get something for change one day.

The demo runs for 30 days, fully functional (7 days without registration, additional 23 days after registration). After that, it stops working, unless you unlock it by purchasing a serial number.

There were a few midi-related issues as well as some problems that occured mostly with Reaper. These bugs are fixed and we will update the plugin in a couple of days (including new features).

Yes, as stated above. Fixed. Was too much data to swallow for a small vandal, due to Reaper's undo scheme.
(workaround until the update release: turn off undo/redo for plugins in the Reaper preferences)

Thanks for efforts to date... VANDAL sounds better than the others for my tracks and I hope it only gets better.

Put any of your actual vintage fuzz pedals before your DI and it will do/take to it well. Im not dissing Sascha's dsp stomps at all here but if thats what you need and there is not one yet then try it out Jim man and you might be surprised how much a 'real' stomp brings Vandal and most other DSP Amps to life and more touch sensitive just like they do the real thing. Only issue might be raised signal to noise ratio but Sascha's good old Floor-Fish can help you out for example

The update comes with re-worked dist/od stomps (the 4 that you already find in the plugin). Their new versions have way better sound textures and sound much better before the amp (yes, the Fuzz, too...). Although there aren't new stomps in the coming version (planned for later), I'd suggest to re-check things then and see if it suits better for you.

I've also added a presence control to the guitar amp (when in class AB mode) this week, as this was a highly-requested feature lately.

Seems that we can go live with that next week.

I really had a good time again with Vandal last night, though tbh I spent very little time actually messing with Vandal, It was more like set it and leave it. If I was left with only one choice I would take Vandal because once again it's not a modeler or a sim in my mind, it's far more like virtual amp. I have the spectrum of tones without a bunch of other "models" needed with their own gui, feel and parameters. I still love the others, don't get me wrong but Vandal for me is in a class of it's own.

One favor sascha, I love the presence idea and this shoul be on the "front panel". But as time gooes on and you develop more features based on requests I hope that you use the same "advanced" hidden panels yo use on other pluggins giving the user a choice of lots of features or stripped down

It's actually behind the 'wrench' button, next to the sag control. I didn't put it on the front plate because it would sit there meaningless when you have class-A operation selected.
