I have a snare drum wav sample that I'd like to restrict to one key, but I don't know how to turn this into a "part". The sample is mapped over the whole keyboard (this is automatic) and the range knobs don't work, apparently, until it's turned into a "part".
(But I don't know how to do this.
)Could anyone describe how to do this? The manual is a little sparse when dealing with your own samples once they've been imported.
