can someone please help figure out these two progressions?
the first one is a bell, and the second progression is like some sort of dark-slow string.
please..any help would be greatly appreciated.

Previously you said:
"Once i have a chord progression that I like, how do i add a melody on top of it, like how do i know what fits.
I know one should play within the scale, but that's kind of boring."
If you spent more time playing with intervals and scales you wouldn't be here asking for someone else to bail you out.
Sorry but until you knuckle down you are always going to be dependant on others.

Dude, I hate this artist and this style of music but I will give you the answers you seek. I got all this from the first 15 seconds of music because that was all I could tolerate listening to.
The arpeggio sound is playing D B D B D B E B F# B E B D B D B.
The Rhodes sound is playing C# D F#, C# D E, C# D A, C# D F#.
I wouldn't say there is any kind of chord progression going on, just notes taken from the key of B minor.

Actually, that is an idea--I've got a lot of learning to do myself in that---plus scales---Majestic290 wrote:thanks much psenior.

Yeah if you got the time. Even a few minutes a week.Majestic290 wrote:thanks much psenior.

Once you start recognising intervals (the building blocks of all melodies) i think your music making life will become a whole lot easier.
As for the track "redrum" I think its pretty cool.
A lot better than other such tracks in its genre.
