I would like to ask is there any chance to code a bit longer RELEASE stage in amp section because Metatron makes SO KICK ASS EVOLVING PADS... and they vanish to fast when im releasing my keys :(

a new section where you could control voice polyphony would be also useful :P

BTW: GREAT MASSIVE POWER SYNTH! It suits GoaTrance very well! :D

i think i found a new bug:

first you must set the RELEASE stage in AMP section to zero eg. drag the RELEASE point way down. second - when ARP mode is ON and you press two keys you dont hear the release section of amp stage. When you press 3 keys the release is then clearly audible.

and the second thing:

the loudness of each arp note comming from arpeggio is random eg. like modulated velocity :F its strange because when i turn on only one oscilator without unison and every other stages it should sound constant - turning ARP mode ON and pressing for example two keys gives me random but rythmicaql (in some ways) volume of each arped note. I think it should be constant OR an option for user to choose between random velocity ARP or constant.

This a very, very cool & inspiring little instrument. I'm finding that it fits really well with some polyrhythmic stuff I'd like to do live.

Two issues:

1. The sync drift issues you'd mentioned. In addition, regardless of settings, I can't find a way to have it "start" in the same place (retrigger) on successive key presses. I'm guessing this is by design, and is exactly what you want in some cases. For what I'm doing, it has to start in the same place & run a predictable, if evolving, course. Is that doable, if not, is it a feature you could easily code in?

2. CPU use is higher than similar SE VSTi's, in Kore 2, as well as Bidule. Not horrendous, but significant.

I know you're devoting a lot of time to Cerebrum. I also read in some thread that you've pulled back on coding to return to writing/playing. I stopped by your music page and had a few listens. Really, really, nice stuff. Sounds like someone back at the oasis after an extended trip through the desert, if that makes any sense. Anyway keep doing what you love most, life is bloody short, as Tim C. would tell us if he could. And thanks so much for all the fantastic plugins.
Sorry I missed this post, I will look into the issues you mention. By 'sync-drift', I'm assuming you're referring to the oscillators and not the sequencer. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'll take a look under the hood and see if there are any tweaks that can free up some resources in terms of cpu.

Oh, and thanks for taking the time to give my music a listen :)

I tried the first scenario, but could not get the result you mention. If you could send me an FXP, that might be helpful. And I see what you're saying about the randomness. I'll look into this out as soon as I get a chance and repost in this thread.
