2 is Talking Heads - Little Creatures

3 looks like Frank Sinatra crossed with a panther.

5 is familiar, but kind of looks like Arnold Rimmer off of Red Dwarf.

I think we might need clues...unless anyone else can do better?

No. Something links A to B, something similar links B to C etc. It also works backwards.

Yikes. I can see a connection between Chevalier and the Human League, and if they're all like that, the only way I'd get the rest is by über-googling.
