Cheers for the submission muLperi :)

V'ger, as I said in my PM, thanks very, very much for the incredible amount of work you have invested in the OSC site, it looks and works great!
I'm gonna be backed up with stuff over the next couple of days, but I cant wait to see how it's all gonna work with future comps, and hope to be kinda back on track with everything by Tuesday ( when I go on holiday!!!! :wheee: ).

The Donegal thing was a gig we had arranged months ago ... playing at a wedding. We had organised to spend three nights there, just to see the place properly, before realising that it coincided with the Donegal Festival!! ... A real bonus!
So we got up to all sorts including catching a brilliant set by the Saw Doctors (.. nearly 2 hours long!! ) ... and joining in a traditional session at a popular Donegal pub. :) ( Oh, and drinking rather a lot of Guiness )

Oh... The site looks very usefull! Thank you for your effort you've put into this site :)

And meh...  It looks like I asked for time extension in this OSC and finally I'll have to pass this one :( After more than week I'm even more behind the thread and finishing my entry. I picked satisfying full time job as well as several side stuff. These things I guess will last for about next 2-3 months. I think I may have problems with finishing entries for next few OSCs :help: I'll try at least to vote for your entries or give other signs of life
Good luck all ;)

Cheers :) But keep in mind the NASC2 coming up with deadline 30th August if you have the odd hour now and then.

V'ger, great job indeed with the website! :) :o

Thanks :) Finally live playlists of the old comps which I'd been missing. Fun to listen to the old tracks ... checking out OSC 8 Sputnik right now.. ;)

Cheers for the submission objectman :)

Not got mine finished yet, but I surely will ... just got issue3 of the aberdeenvoice magazine out, and now in the middle of a 3 gig weekend, and I go on hols on Tuesday ... so the pressures on!! :-o

Will get OSC18 launched, and the OSC17 vote thread up, but I think I'm gonna have to further shelve the e-album for OSC16 til I get back, although I'll be able to do a lot of the work on it while away.

Anyway, 3 days to go ... keep the tracks coming :)

Well! ... I had done more of my track than I realised! :)

... now finished, just need to do a mix with fresh ears tomorrow, give it a name, and it will be upped! :)

We don't want to hear your miserable excuses for not having been able to come up with your track, yet... :x :x

Man. I don't think I've told anyone I'm even making music and you have 3 gigs in one w/e! Lord knows what'd happen if I ever got asked to do a gig.

I'd have to offer free pot, kaleidoscopes and comfy couches. Perhaps I could do funerals. What the do other ambient / soundscapists do for gigs?

objectman, if you're doing ambient/soundscapes; maybe you could get a gig at an after-hours club, where everyone is going to mellow out after a night on the dance floor.
