(O/T) Welcome back Gary! I'm fairly sure you were the one that posted the question on Mount Vernon Arts Lab ages ago - after looking into it, I've just bought four CD's on the same label (two by The Advisory Circle and two by Belbury Poly). Great stuff - right up my alley, as it were...

Yeah, I mentioned MVAL in the Portishead question. I guess that would be Ghost Box then, cool label, I haven't got the CDs you mention, on the neverending list though...

I must be of a similar age/generation as the guys on there, seem to get the references and themes (old OU films, Children of the STones

etc.)

They're actually all model train enthusiasts (the Sebastian Bach and Patrick Swayzee reference was to 'Trailer Park Boys')

Me too

. There's a lot of very 70's references to Public Information Films in the Advisory Circle stuff - similar sorts of ideas to Boards of Canada, but mixed in with Radiophonic Workshop jingles and overnight CEEFAX library music.

Anyway, back to the quiz...well done Odieman (I wasn't getting anywhere with that last one!)
