I bought their big bundle about a month ago. I got one activation key out of the three I needed. (For Mac OS X).

Have sent three emails asking about the other two.

No replies.

I continue to be amazed that we'll ban an individual member for misbehaving who uses plugins but we won't ban an individual who develops plugins, offers them for sale and then rips people off...............Double standard that I just don't understand. Crysonic is not a "company" it's just one guy and a drawer full of sock puppets. He's proven time and again he can't be trusted so once more I'll make the request to remove all Crysonic plugins from the database so new members who haven't watched this drama unfold over the last several years don't get ripped off as well.

superwave all over again?

Tek, if you want the Crysonic plugs removed from the database, fine. That would suit me too. But Ben's got to do it. Mods have absolutely no access to any of that stuff. None at all.

Don't go complaining about "double standards" when the fire department won't ticket speeding cars. Go to the police instead.

[edit] And not in some thread with three hundred posts that Ben's not going to bother to keep up-to-date on just on the off chance that you might have made some demand or other that he needs to pay attention to. Send your request directly to "Ben [KVR]". You'll be doing yourself and potential Crysonic buyers a favor. (No sarcasm there, you will be.)

perhaps, ultimately, the best thing is to maintain this one poignant, very public example. someone said "let the buyer beware," "a fool and his money," someone else said "cry, sonic" and still, people buy.

it's like keeping the side show geek. stops your kids from drinking and biting the heads off chickens.

after all, ben warrants getting some entertainment value for operating this site.

I sent Ben a PM on 18 June that has been read requesting Crysonic be banned and......... you can see the results. Calm down I didn't mean you. Notice I said "we" as in the KVR collective. So the ball's in Ben's court. I don't see any reason to defend Crysonic at this point.
