Hey lads,

the update is available now.

Conversion from sts, sf2 and gig to ds404 works like a charm!! Better than awave.

Love exsc and love DS404 which is full usable now!!

I just got the update email so if you're a registered user then expect an email soon. If you don't get it then contact support@extranslator.com

Yup, I'm registered. Maybe registered users can't download because they get it emailed? Just a guess.

You're in London, and I'm in Vancouver. But then this email, not snail mail-shouldn't take THAT much longer !

Correct.

The upgrade page asks for a name, e-mail address, and a code that is e-mailed to you.

Yes, I know, I can read.

He must be mailing a new code just for the upgrade and I was using the original authorization code that was emailed at the time of purchase.

Update: Now the website says "Under Construction." WTF?

The guy puts out an update then promptly takes the site down?

WTF!? People in Calgary have computers now???

Why are people so upset about the website being down? I missed out on the lower price for this thing, but you don't hear ME complaining. Of course, that could just be because I don't have any samples that I really feel like converting from one type to another, but still! ...

True. When they're suffering through -40C, we're getting +8-+10 C. (at least). Besides-we don't want 'em all coming out to Vancouver and useing Tau Pro or Electra. (How's that for an on topic save- HA!!!
