Slint - Spiderland...
Breadcrumb Trail
Nosferatu Man (who's that then? Max Schreck(?))
Don, Aman
Washer
For Dinner...
Good Morning, Captain
Unfortunate (for you), just read the Brian Paulson interview in the latest TapeOp where he talked about the recording of Spiderland so was pretty fresh in my mind.
And, of course, it's the bestest lp ever (i even have a loop from Breadcrumb Trail as my ringtone... sad...) ;D

Yep! Certainly is a fine album...
It is Max Schreck (who played Nosferatu in the original film), followed by Don Estelle, who was "a man" when he wasn't being a "lovely boy".
The last chap I have no idea about, but he looked like a captain to me.
Back to you Gary...

Might have to get to know Pram better. Not too familiar with their stuff.
Okay, which is the odd one out and why?
begin, caress, open, intrude, invade, kitchen, execute

If you like off-kilter, lounge pop with plenty of casios and trumpet then go for it. As much as I like them I'm aware they tend to be a love or hate proposition...Barnadine wrote:Might have to get to know Pram better. Not too familiar with their stuff.

Yeah, likeable stuff. Sort of a more downtrodden, mellow Broadcast.GaryG wrote:If you like off-kilter, lounge pop with plenty of casios and trumpet then go for it. As much as I like them I'm aware they tend to be a love or hate proposition...
