I'm still hoping (maybe stupidly; we'll see) that things can be set right for anyone who has an actual undealt-with business complaint. I've done what I can in that regard, now due to the time difference it's "wait and see."

deleting them from the database is ridiculous, imo.

what would the official explanation or justification for it?
maybe, delete links to their site, if KVR wants to take it really personally, but i personally would feel like KVR is not being true to itself if the plugs are deleted from the db.
have any plugs been deleted before?

The case as I see it is not sending customers to a vendor that might not return goods for payment. If that's the case and there's no resolution then I can understand not wanting KVR to promote that business.
If.
On the other hand, if the vendor makes right with everyone then in my eyes they're at least partially redeemed. Customers may well have different opinions on it depending on their own experiences.
Again, this is my personal opinion. I have no influence over policy, no access to the database itself, and no money riding on the outcome. In other words: my opinion should be given the same weight as any other kibitzer who isn't personally involved: not much.

All drama aside: These plugs are really bloody good. And the price is great.
Even with zero support, it is a great deal.
Just wanted to chirp in after I read some of the bashers haven't even purchased anything from them.

Okay, I've contacted Jay. He doesn't want to deal with the forum because of the uncontrolled nature of the thing. I think he should, because people have issues they want addressed. But I can see his point of view too.
There's no way I can possibly sort out who has what issues. So I'm going to open a new thread. I want anyone who has an actual commercial / legal complaint concerning Crysonics to post ONCE in that thread, explaining what Crysonics owes them and why. Any off-topic posts in that thread will be deleted without comment; this thread is here for general discussion.
I don't know whether organizing the complaints will convince him to return to the forum and take care of things, but it can't hurt and I'm pretty sure he won't otherwise.

I went for the no brainer and really like the plugs and use them frequently
I had no problem getting responses to my emails and everything went smoothly.
I guess I am lucky as the negative opinions here had me concerned, but
$20.00 was worth the risk. If I experienced what others had as far the poor service, yeah I would be pissed. As far as I am concerned I will continue. dealing with them. If I get burned then I will be in some of the others camp

the thing i don't like about this is that we are supposed to post our complaints in an organized fashion and MAYBE this douche will respond? get real. seems like you want to put us on trial, but the verdict is out and has been for several years. f**k this jay guy. don't come to the forum and don't advertise your shitty plugs here and generally just stfu. no one cares about crysonic. if someone decides to post something positive about them in the future, i'll make sure i say something negative. so will everyone else that got screwed. they can have my money and all the bad publicity that comes with it.

Seems like I want people to get what they paid for. This is the one mechanism available to me to do that, and I've spent some time at it. Those who feel like taking advantage of this, great. Those who don't, well, it'll take some sting out of your criticism IMO.
