Yeah, smooth and groovy baby! Those stops are fun. The riffage going on here is awesome - some real power sounds and cool intervals... lots of 4ths I think?... one of my faves. Nice change of pace Neil.

i thought i'd do some serious layering for this. everything apart from the drums and bass was done on a mopho, so i mean serious layering
maybe it's time to get a tetra..

Interesting that you used the Mopho so much on this piece, but not for bass. What did you produce the bass on?

Overall I liked this piece a lot, especially the bass (sorry Mopho).

I loved the bits where it suddenly stops.

i used absynth and kontakt for the bass. there were 2 instances of kontakt one with a novachord and the other with a wretchmachine patch, both reprogrammed to my liking. there were 2 layers of absynth too. like i said before, lots of layering
