Aah I see, thanks.

So it's up to the developer to make the effort and not a KVR admin vetting process.

I just perused the 'Submit news, plug-ins & hosts page and see that there is a lot of detail a submission needs to provide!
But it would be a one-off chore except for ongoing update notifications.

Submitting new plugis should be as easy as signing up for an acount here on KvR. No wonder that so few actually take their time to actually submitting their plugins.

so few, eh?

I am an end-user of VST plugins, not a developer (yet).

I know it looks a pain to fill in all the mandatory boxes to submit a plugin, but I implore you guys as developers to make an effort and get yourselves on the database... and make yourselves known... if you want to!

I use KVR as a valuable resource hub and new source for discovering new plugins.
I've discovered many obscure and boutique developers through here. I list any related products and always jump to your home-pages to find out more.
It's convenient for me that way.

Otherwise there is a lot of plugins that I (and the greater community) might never find out about :(

Cheers,
Michael.

Personally I finally decided to submit my actively maintained plugins to be added to the database. That happened exactly 2 weeks ago, and so far I haven't got a clue if my mail even reached anyones inbox. :|

About replies from KVR admin - I tried to contact them by email not to submit but for general questions at contactus@kvraudio.com and find the response VERY slow or non existent :x

Maybe this whose web-site is a robot running on auto :!:
