Does anyone here at KVR know how to get in touch with YellowTools support?

I have online filled in a support requests, e-mailed info, support, Christian, Lizenzen and had no rsponse.

It's very frustrating when you don't even get a respose to say we are looking at your request.

I have registered on there forum during the fire-sale. I didn't even get an e-mail confirmation regarding my account and access details.
I can't access there forum. It says my e-mail is registered. I then try to request a password (how many times)? I don't get an e-mail from them.

These guys can't be serious about bussiness and support. I'm about to send there software to the Recycle bin. This is what I hate about software making use of lisenses, wheather it is dongles or request authorization codes, IT SUCKS.

I just upgraded to Windows 7 and oh boy am I going through the emotions to re-register most of these software and the biggest concern, what if these guys does not exist next year, then I'm stuffed.

With a Dongle, you can at least use it till it breaks one day.

YellowTools, funny enough says under my e-linceses I have 3 lisences. I installed it once and it says I can't reregister because I reached my limit of installations.

YES, they've got my money and support(i don't know for how long) from this side...................

Their number is there on the website...

That still doesn't excuse the fact that they set up channels of support which they in turn do not use or monitor. This causes the customer to waste their time by answering a lot of questions and formulating a complaint on the web form and waiting in vain for a response as I have many times.

There is no reason to defend a bad practice. If YT only responds to phone calls, they should remove the other dead end channels of communication to eliminate this common source of bad blood with the customers. I have not ordered anything from them after the first purchase solely for reasons of lack of support. I do like to be able to use software that I have purchased.

I'm struggling to find anywhere in my post where I was excusing or defending them.

I must say Christian from YellowTools was excellent in helping during the Fire Sale.

He was very quick in responding to questions I had, but I'm not getting any response from him either.

"There is a telephone about 30km outside of my village, where I can try and make a phonecall. It will propably cost me about $10 for the call."

YellowTools have posted on here so maybe a PM would work. You can register on the forum. If you can't start a thread then jump on another with a similar problem.

Indeed, if you have an internet connection, then its hard to believe you don't have access to some sort of phone line.
