If you believe you have a commercial or legal claim/complaint against Crysonics, please make ONE post in this thread about it.

Tell what you paid and when, what you believe Crysonics owes you, what you have done to try to get it, and what you expect to be done about it now.

Leave out acrimony. Omit emotional outbursts. Don't indulge in histrionics. Just the facts, ma'am.

So it's clear from the start, I will delete multiple posts and off-topic ones. If part of a post is on topic and part off, I will edit the post leaving the on-topic part. This isn't a free-form discussion, it's intended specifically to be a resource if Crysonics would like to make use of it. The marathon thread is still there for regular discussion. If you've posted once, you can edit that post to include new or updated information. If you haven't bought from Crysonic, or if you got what you paid for, posting in this thread will be considered off-topic.

I've no guarantee Jay will come here and deal with this. The company policy is for customers to contact them via email. Be calm, professional, and civil and maybe he'll give in to my (and another KVR member's) persuasion.

My complaint is the same as a lot of people's-the GUI bug stuff.

I bought the AudioMIDI deal, also got a free 3rd plug. I use Reaper, sometimes the plugin on/off toggle within Reaper freezes but the gui works, sometimes everything freezes until the song stops playing.

I don't use them anymore, too much time would be potentially wasted on whether or not I've got to close it down with Windows Task Manager, hoping I saved recently.

The same as RunBeerRun.
I bought the AudioMIDI deal also, and I have the same GUI problem in Reaper (both SpectraPhy LE and nXtasy, not SpectraC1). But the demo had no this problem.

Not properly a claim.

I bought the AudioMIDI deal in march and then the "everything bundle no-brainer for existing customers" in may (for a total of 70 USD or so, a good deal indeed).

I just have a clipping with Spectralive v3.5 when opened for the first time in a project and had one single, weird crash with Sindo v3.5, which worked fine since then. I use them mainly in Cubase 4 (XP SP3).

I was aware of the support problem after buying the aM deal, but thought "Sindo and Spectralive are well worth the money, probably even the EQs and BV2 alone with no support...let's do it". Fact is, it was a PITA to get the activation codes and once they sent them, they left my only question unanswered (twice!).
Now, I can understand that sometimes dealing with customers is a PITA either, wrong codes, dumb questions - mine included perhaps, but support MUST be MUTUAL...and the customer shows support when buying, right?

It would be nice to see some activity on their side, just to know they are alive and kickin' and that they do care about the customers - many of those, like me, sometimes use (and thus have to buy) other plugins because they can't rely on them. If the issue happened just once, but many are reporting unpredictable behaviour, then I'm not trusting the plug anymore... so I test Sindo and then use StereooeretS or MSED...just to avoid the potential problem!

Again, it's a pity. The plugs are very good and it would be nice to hear from the company, even with two lines on the website to let people know what happend and how they plan to sort things out in the future, and if they mean to.
It would be fair to existing customers and useful to gain some trust back...

I purchased the Spectraphy LE limiter for $70 (full price)

The product claims to stop the Inter-Sample Peaks, but they continue to pass through like none other... so I am forced to add yet another plugin or limiter in my chain, making the Spectraphy LE pointless.

I have written Crysonic two times about this issue and they have failed to ever respond... I have given up and I do not use the VST i purchased.

Sorry to hear about that, I use it with no such issue with the mentioned setup. No IS clips are detected (used Bitter and X_ISM).
Still, they didn't respond and here is where failure resides...

They offer demos of all their products, so I hope Meffy deletes (at least) your and my post.

Meh, nothing's going to happen on the forum level so at this point I won't worry about it.

Those with claims should contact the official email address. If you can't get through to it, or if you can't achieve resolution directly, let me know via PM and I'll see whether I can do anything on your behalf (no promises as to effectiveness).
