First of all, thoroughly enjoyed the mock BBC page.knockman wrote:OK. Thought I'd take a different direction and make the answer something that can be found here on KVR itself.
Step 1. Visit this mock BBC news page: BBC News - Early man lacked musical skills
Step 2. Identify the recent KVR thread that the above page satirizes
One hint - the thread is not in this, the "Everything Else (Music related)", forum.
Second: I submit that it is the 'Are You A Hip Hop Composer?" thread, found here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4226500

Sorry for the delay.
Take a king and an emperor and get an influence on the Beatles.

Edward Lear perhaps? (certainly an influence on Lennon)
based on:
King Lear
Edward VII - British Monarch and Emperor of India
or is it something to do with penguins?

No, I'm going for a name.
For the same name (first and last, doing something along the lines of what knockman did to get Edward Lear) I could have said, instead of "a king and an emperor":
a U.S. president and a tsar
(or a Golden Girl and a friend of Jerry's).

Not a clue...D.H. Miltz wrote:
I mean...it obviously is a clue...I just have no idea who that is. I just went on a fruitless search to see if she was the 'Lucy' in LITSWD. She isn't. She's probably someone famous and I'm desperately out-of-touch; I don't care.

Yes. And over to you, knockman.
(The woman posted last night is Anna Kournikova; "Anna" by A.A. was covered by the Beatles.)
