yes, i've done this with some public domain book torrents. the few that weren't public domain were still being sold by the authors.

this torrent has an obvious commercial font, as the demo for the font is right next to it. i know this torrent has sf2midi files, which makes up for the site's wonkiness, but even sf2midi distances itself from the legality of the fonts. this torrent starts out with a huge warning for law enforcement that states the warning prevents prosecution :lol: . i'm really mentioning all this because the kvr rules are against this sort of thing, even if a person intends to be careful to not get the commercial stuff

there's even a link to a torrent site for commercial video in my dr who thread. i don't know if kvr is changing, or the mods haven't noticed these links

That archive.org archive is great! There are some weird soundfonts there that I'm curious to try (N64, Nokia S-30).
