Seems I am doing something wrong - my server never got down when releasing a new plugin
Maybe I must move to doing a vintage synth instead effects or MIDI plugins....

When all the dust is settled I'm going to update as well. Although I don't use OP-X very often it really sounds great.

the problem was not the server - the server is very stable; we just had a not anymore manageable flood of emails for a while

but we soon can re-activate the upgrades

Hi there WOK! I bought the Cromfx for a couple of days ago, but haven't received the plugin yet :)

Please send me a mail to music[at]service-1.de from your paypal mail adress or with a copy of your paypal receipt to verify this, and I will send it by mail to you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

There are some first-class sounds in the default bank. I decided to look at the other banks and ran into a problem.

Under Live 8.2, the Load Bank button is not working for me. No dialog appears, and nothing visible happens outside of the button press animation. The Save Bank button does bring up a file dialog pointed to the correct directory.

Is the plugin looking for a specific relative path which may be missing on my system (since I reordered it a bit after installing  )?

My plugin is licensed and is showing up as such.

No worries! :)

I've send you an email now!

Best regards,

Works perfectly in Live 8 if you leave the Folders alone!!! :)
Anyone who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.

you should not move the dll alone around; the dll and the "OP-X PRO-II" folder build a functional unit; e.g. all sounds are within this folder and need to have this relative position if you want to be able to access them with the browser's default path;

So if you want to move OP-X PRO-II then always move both the OP-X PRO-II.dll and the "OP-X PRO-II" folder, they build a unit; but moving like this is no problem

There only could be one exception, namely when windows has virtualization on (mainly the case when the plugin resides within the system's program files folder in vista and win7 - user account) - in that case the license file and saved sounds will be written to a mirrored place in "VirtualStore" - you can see this in the browser by the lock-symbols; in that case the virtualized stuff of yourse would not move, and the plugin would not see it anymore then; but you could copy the files manually back to the original location; there's more about it in the "Soundbase Guide" (DOCS folder)

As quoted already before, dont move the stuff after installing; sometimes, based on my own experience, it's better to run Live in administrator mode by default which will avoid such stuff, which often just has to do with windows user-account protection

To run Live in admin mode, right-click on the app shortcut, choose 2compatibility" and check "run as administrator" and save; this will give back full writing rights to an application restricted by windows protection

Just correcting that quote, I was quoting Peter999 email to me, it read(before) like I am a spokesman for Sonicprojects, which I'm not, just a customer!

Question for Peter999!

Are all the presets for the Op-X bank featuring the early presets from Op-X & Op-X Pro?

Why I am asking is because I want to just use Op-X Pro II and remove the other .dll's but still be able to use all presets!

Cheers...
