Cool. I'll be getting this ........ for my wife's iphone, which means she won't be getting to use it to much herself. Might be time for me to size up an ipod touch with 3G

EDIT: actually there is no such thing as an ipod touch with 3G is there?!

I read that this can be used with the audio/guitar interface i/o devices that are already out there.

Got it this morning. Not had a chance to play around to much before going to work. But it struck me how good the sound quality was. It wasn't very loud through the crappy iphone ear piece so I'm looking forward to putting it through the monitors. Be interesting to find out about this audio input as well as I think this is where the Filtatron could really shine. The GUI on this looks so good. Very like the LP controls & very crisp. Only £2.99 as well. Can't argue with that

is there a way to trigger midi between iphones/pods and DAW's I can't seem to find any reliable products?

Like wise if someone could point me to a good I/O lead/interface for the ipod I'd really like to know

Someone has responded to this vid saying they have tried it with the irig;

A few vids appearing on YouTube now so hopefully it won't be long before we see someone showing the Filtatron with interface demos

Peter does the irig just send a signal in to the i-phone, I would of thought with this you would need to send out as well?

sorry I see looking the video it has a headphone out socket, seems interesting.

Yes, I see that thank you. Though I couldn't directly link there, you can see Erik Norlander (who will be at Moogfest this year, has his "Wall of Doom" Moog modular so he's pretty Moog-aware to say the least) using iRig on keyboard here: - leads me to believe this would be a perfect interface for this app.

Got this as soon as it came out
it's pretty cool fun and sounds great
re the irig - as far as i know irig is only mono in
so you'd have to sum a stereo signal to mono to
work with it i guess. I plugged 1 channel of an mp3 player
thru it last night and it worked well
1 prob tho (copied from another post)-
I'm getting a bit of a bug with the moog-
when i record a sample ,the keyboard pops up after recording, to type in a name ,which i can do, but i cant get rid of the keyboard to press 'save'
as i think it is covering it.. it just seems to get stuck like that
Anyone bought it yet and can you save ok?
I'm on a 3gs iphone
