Ok, so i installed one drum kit yesterday, and got it working before i'd authorised, as the service center was doing some stuff i didn't understand (updating itself about 5 times, normal behaviour, i just had to wait till it had finished).
So tonight I authorised it, and installed all the rest of the kits. but the only one that shows up is the one I installed yesterday. I feel stupid but I have no idea what's going on, after trying various things.
Anyone know what I'm missing now?
thanks for any help.

So you did not beat robgxmn's 8 updates world record?
Have you got the latest IP installer (v1.1.2), from your eSoundz Downloads area? Or from here:
http://www.sonicreality.com/support/
You will find the Drum Masters 2 manual there too.
Please check your IP folder contents (these folders are on a PC, but the same idea should apply on a Mac, I think):
The instrument files (.nki files) should in, for example,
...\Infinite Player\Instruments\Drum Masters 2 Stereo\Stereo Drum Kits
and the sample files (.nkx files) in
...\Infinite Player\Samples
Samples for any Grooves products are .rx2 files and are in
...\Infinite Player\Samples\<<product name>>
Also check the size the .nkx files - they should be (mostly) 100s of KB. There was a bug with the Library Installer which did not extract the .nkx files correctly. If so, you may need to open the .zip file and drag the .nkx file into the correct folder.
HTH. If not ,can you post here some screenshots of your folder contents, or raise a Support Ticket at eSoundz with all the details.

Well I've made a little progress. I think Kontakt was looking in the wrong place for samples etc... My folder structure appears to be a little different from yours, but maybe thats a mac/windows thing...
I can now get my DM kits to load, from the 'database' tab, but they still dont show up in the 'multi' tab, except for the one kit I installed yesterday. funnily I have each kit listed twice, once with " ._ " before the name, which does nothing, and one without that, which works fine.
I don't have any OWD kits showing up though... Maybe I need a different player for that? an ocean way player??? hmmm
