i used to have so many keyboards (2 A-frames+) that your eyes would bleed after an hour looking at all those black and white stripes.

i only recall selling a fizmo and a jx-3p, the rest were stolen. i replaced the nord 1 with a nord 2 and the z1 and those were stolen too.

i'd like to one day have a place with a 49 key controller, and be able to hear what i'm playing, but it's been a while.

Pro:
I want a new toy (one that does something useful is a plus)
I like the idea of it living up to the hype
In my head, I picture everything I do sounding 134% better

Con:
Christmas is coming up and I have kids who want new toys
It's probably over hyped
In my head, I picture being able to get the same sound out of something I already have

almost downloaded the demo last night, but I have midterms next week; i don't want to try it out until actually have some serious time to play with it. if I try it now, what will happen is: I'll have a hard time studying (thinking about how the demo is there calling to me), so I'll eventually open it up, play with the presets for 3 minutes and then feel guilty that I'm not studying. repeat ad nauseum.
