Hi I was wondering if any one knows what chords are used in this track

And I was also wondering which chords are the most common in house these days, I know it differ from track to track, but if there is any sort of chords you allways can start out from, or atleast in most cases.

but since Im not that good at music theory and getting my melodies down on the piano, how is the melody played, not only the chords ?
