My next design will be a preamplifier that offers artefacts which stems from actual electronic hardware equipment.
Compare the Brass Instrument Equaliser HD amongst your favourite equaliser under 96 kHz/24-bit audio files under high frequency conditions. This is where it shows its class.

ive been using it on v-machine live, 2 of em at once on seperate channels so i can run it on 2 singers at once.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet as its a few years old... A channel strip tool with an EQ that can go pre or post compressor.. It also has the capability to side-chain the EQ and send that signl as the control input of the compressor.
I haven't tested it yet , but want to see how it stands next to my URS channel strip , just for the sake of it like:)
The free version is the one at the top of the page.

EDIT:- I just downloaded the Zip and realised it contains an install exe for this plug . I generally don't install anything unless its just a dll file, so that's me out unfortunately.
Anyway it looks like it could be worth a try if you're less cautious than me . I'd be interested to know how it compares to other channel strip plugs.
