My next design will be a preamplifier that offers artefacts which stems from actual electronic hardware equipment.

Compare the Brass Instrument Equaliser HD amongst your favourite equaliser under 96 kHz/24-bit audio files under high frequency conditions. This is where it shows its class. :)

Hey guys i'm Max this is my first post here i thought i should introduce myself,

I don't know if any ones mentioned the modern plugins package (i cant be bothered to look thorough 30 pg's :P) but they always seem to go into every track i've made over the past six months and are very reliable you cant go wrong!

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet as its a few years old... A channel strip tool with an EQ that can go pre or post compressor.. It also has the capability to side-chain the EQ and send that signl as the control input of the compressor.
I haven't tested it yet , but want to see how it stands next to my URS channel strip , just for the sake of it like:)
The free version is the one at the top of the page.
Here http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/us ... iptool.htm

EDIT:- I just downloaded the Zip and realised it contains an install exe for this plug . I generally don't install anything unless its just a dll file, so that's me out unfortunately.
Anyway it looks like it could be worth a try if you're less cautious than me . I'd be interested to know how it compares to other channel strip plugs.
