Great update! I really LOVE the new SF2 browser! It was never easier browsing through my huge collection of soundfonts.

But I have one request: when selecting a soundfont the SF2 list automatically scrolls so that the selected file is at the bottom of the list. This make browsing somehow complicated as I have to first scroll down to see the next file. Maybe it is possible that the list does not scroll down but hold its position. I hope you know what I mean... :)

However, good work! 8)

Yes, i know what you mean. Noted for next update! In the meantime, try using the arrow up/down keys! (When the browser is on focus).

This thing is FUN! Loving the factory preset stuff - especially the combination patches and anything where the modwheel is routed to lo-fi!

Great work, keep it up!

Thank you!! :D

Good job! I thank you for your generosity and hard work. Are the patches from the old soundbank included in the new one or should we keep both?

v1.6 Release Notes:

MIDI Learn: If you experience wobbling or strange behaviour
with an automated control while playback, make sure your keyboard
doesn't send aftertouch while doing MIDI-learn!

With some soundfonts you won't hear nothing at all after loading them.
Make sure to select the right Instrument in the Patch/Instrument slot (near the Bank selection). Phenome assumes Soundfont Instruments to start at Bank / Patch "0" (Zero) !

New Preset loading/saving:

You can save phenome layer-presets everywhere on
your harddisc(s). The full path to used sf2 files is stored
within each preset. *.phe-presets are simple text-files so
you can edit them afterwards (e.g. changing a soundfont).

Sometimes the "Save Preset" button "hangs". So you click
somewhere after saving a preset and the dialog requester
pops up again. Simply press "Cancel" or the escape-key then.
To be fixed in next release.

Oh, and avoid saving patches in the "phenome" vst folder itself!
From there my file-exists-routine won't work. Also to be fixed in next release.

Download:
http://www.prodyon-virtual-gear.com/dow ... e_v1.6.rar

...or download as "exe" (installer) alternatively:
http://www.prodyon-virtual-gear.com/dow ... e_v1.6.exe

There's also a (now 410MB :D) factory library, which is available on request via email. I have to keep the traffic down!

The Library comes with around 130 Phenome Presets and 101 Soundfonts!

Enjoy it!
(And if you really use/enjoy it consider a small donation!!)
Thank you! :D
