As a Gladiator, Warmverb, and FilterBank3 owner, I'm hoping for a Tone2 VIP/loyal customer discount. :D

Really hope for a really fast, glitch-free and precise envelopes. Modulation at audio rate sounds good. I will test this thing.

I really like the GUI layout. I see there is no modifiers, but already know that if you have them, then you can search for needed sound for ages. So i like that this synth don't have it. I'm exited, cos previously i was a heavy Gladiator user, which then was sold. Hope this thing will sound as i expect.

Looks really powerful - but the knob in the gui doesn't looking good :D

Is it 100% Free Of Supersaw though ? :D
If every rule has an exception, then there must be an exception to the rule that every rule has an exception.

Very interested in this. It looks like it filled in the things that Gladiator was lacking, like a Monophonic legato mode, and arpeggiator swing.

I own and like Gladiator, but only use it use and ambient synthesizer and fx (it is an amazing and underrated ambient soundscape and pad machine), this ElkectraX looks like it could be used for a lot of things.

It's a bit disappointing that Gladiator still doesn't have sample resynthesis and it's been promised for a couple years now. It even had the button for it when Gladiator 2 was first released and then they took away but kept saying they were going to add it, but instead they made a whole new product? ElectraX sort of seems like a successor to Gladiator, I wonder if there will be a discount for Gladiator owners.

In any case, I'm looking forward to hearing some demos of this thing.

just so you know they made a free application which with limitations can do the re-synthesis.

Yeah just noticed that, thanks. PC only, not great for Mac users. It's too bad they ran into technical problems to get that working properly. I've heard quite a few people mention that the custom resynthesis was a big reason they bought it. They probably shouldn't have said they were doing it before they knew they could. I don't really care anymoreif that happens for Gladiator, but it would be nice if Gladiator users were given a discount for ElectraX. Based on the feature set, I think I'll be quite interested.

As prices for synths recently goes down, i expect 149 Dollars as maximum for this one.

Btw, where is the unisons in there?

Post

will you be able to modulate lfo rate?

Post

@ Echoes...... I agree with you. don't announce it unless you are sure you can do it... hence my earlier comment in my first post on the topic "2) Will this feature be available from version 1, and I think you know why I ask "

@Igro : which prices went down?
