Sorry to post this here but I've no way of posting this at the IL forums as being registered as an owner of an IL product seems a prerequisite of starting a thread or PM'ing somebody to ask on my behalf.
Today, my FL decided it was no longer registered. I logged in to my account to get a new regcode only to be met with "your account has expired" in red writing above the log-in box.
I can't open a support ticket as when I fill in the details it tells me the account is registered already. I know it is - it is registered to me!! and I can't get at my products, nor can I get at the forums to get help, nor can I raise a support ticket. It is an endless loop. Short of buying something else in my wife's name and registering with her details in order to raise a support thread on my behalf at the Techical Support forum, I don't know what to do. I tried the online chat sales button at the shop and have left an email there which has not been replied to and being in NZ the time difference makes it difficult. I can enter my FL username (not my forum username which is the same as my forum name here at KVR), my FL name N.......B.......123456789 etc at the shopfront and it shows all my registered products, but the system simply won't grant me access.
I think this highlights a serious error in your procedures also - I'm locked out and have to resort to coming here to KVR in the hope I can get some answers.
