so i just loaded up reaper for the first time,thought i would give it a try and to my amazment there is toxic biohazard 4 with it?...it doesnt appear to be a demo either much to my amazment,am i dreaming here as that would be a good reason for me to buy a reaper license alone?

I looked around, I don't see it in my copy(current version).

I would prefer if it wasn't there, lower cost of upgrades.

I have Reper v3.72 installed but haven't found Toxic Biohazard. Are you sure it's not from somewhere else?

oops sorry,i do have FL studio demo installed,still biohazard isnt showing as demo though

It's funny, but some (if not all) FL plugins' demos seem to work without restrictions in Savihost and Minihost. At least on my end.

Years ago they released Toxic III and the demo was not a demo for awhile.
Someone had released the full version by mistake for the demo.
They could be slipping up again.
Interesting that it would be the next generation of Toxic.

Well, the same plugins that behave as demos in Cubase seem to act like full versions in Savihost and Minihost....and Reaper, it seems.

I think it's an internal programming error of the demo plugs. IL should be informed of this.

Toxic Biohazard works as a demo when I try it in MiniHost here.

I haven't tried Toxic, but Sytrus' demo works without restrictions for me (not in Cubase, as I said before). It could be OS dependant too. I have XP 32, SP3.

Sytrus VSTi works as it should here.

Does it show the red "trial version" when you use it?

In what way can you tell that it's not in demo mode?
